We are a fast-growing semiconductor company specializing in Microcontroller Units (MCUs), Battery Management Systems (BMS), Security Chips, and BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) Chips. Our solutions power everything from AI digital power, IoT devices and smart home applications to electric vehicles and industrial control systems. As we aggressively expand our footprint in the US market, we are looking for a driven and technically savvy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and build meaningful relationships with key accounts.
The Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the frontline of our US growth strategy. You will focus on engaging with Key accounts and key distributors across North America. Your primary mission is to generate qualified leads, nurture executive-level relationships, and create a robust sales pipeline for our MCU, BMS, Security, and BLE product lines. This is not a "dial-and-smile" role — you will be having high-level technical conversations and positioning our chipsets as the go-to solution for your clients' next-gen designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to and engage with enterprise-level customers in the US market via cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and industry events.
- Product Promotion: Present and promote our MCU, BMS, Security Chip, and BLE Chip solutions to engineering teams, procurement managers, and C-level executives.
- Pipeline Management: Identify, qualify, and nurture sales opportunities, moving prospects from initial contact to a qualified meeting with our FAE & RDs.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and report on competitive intelligence, customer feedback, and emerging trends in the US semiconductor market.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the technical support and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, case studies, and product collateral tailored to the US market.
- CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate and up-to-day records of all activities, opportunities, and account information in our CRM system.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, ideally in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong foundational knowledge of embedded systems, MCU architectures, and wireless communication protocols (BLE, IoT). You don't need to be an engineer, but you should be able to hold a technical conversation.
- Understanding of Battery Management Systems (BMS) and Security Chip applications is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Existing relationships with US-based customers or distributors in the AI, IoT, automotive, or industrial sectors.
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales engagement platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io).
- Familiarity with the US semiconductor supply chain and regional market dynamics.
