We are looking for an energetic and driven Business Development Representative to generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy prospecting, relationship-building, and working closely with sales and marketing teams in a remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential customers and target accounts.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social channels.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for sales teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and leads in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
  • Meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation targets.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

✅ Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and lead qualification.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
