About the role
Pet Travel Solution helps families move their pets safely around the country and the world. We're looking for a friendly, organized Pet Travel Sales Consultant to be the first point of contact for pet parents planning a move. You'll answer their questions, build their trust, and turn inquiries into booked relocations. This is a fully remote position.
What you'll do
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and web inquiries from pet owners planning a move
- Make follow-up calls to prospective clients and keep leads moving toward booking
- Explain our services, timelines, and pet travel requirements in clear, friendly terms
- Gather each client's pet and travel details and pass them to our operations team
- Prepare and send quotes, and follow up until the client decides
- Keep accurate client notes and records using Microsoft Office tools
- Work closely with the operations team to make every client's handoff smooth
What we're looking for
- Experience in pet travel or pet relocation (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a warm, professional phone manner
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
- Comfortable making outbound follow-up calls
- Organized and self-motivated in a remote setting
- A genuine love for animals and the people who care for them
- Spanish speaking is a plus

- Fully remote
- Pay: $15/hour plus commission
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern
