We are looking for a Recruiter / HR Specialist with a minimal experience in the Human Resources field.

Location: Malta

Work Mode: 100% Remote

Schedule: Part-time – 5 hours per day

Annual Gross Salary: €15,000

Requirements:

• Minimum experience in HR / recruiting
• Excellent command of Italian and English (mandatory)
• Ability to manage recruitment processes independently
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Main Responsibilities:

• Job posting and CV screening
• Conducting online interviews
• Coordinating with management to define candidate profiles
• Employee management and coordination
