What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Support day-to-day project management activities across multiple projects or workstreams
• Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and tracking artifacts
• Track project milestones, action items, risks, and issues to ensure project success
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports and meeting notes
• Coordinate project meetings, stand-ups, and reviews to foster team collaboration

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-3 years of experience supporting projects or operational initiatives
• Understanding of core project management concepts such as scope, schedule, risks, and dependencies
• Experience with project tracking or collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, SharePoint, Confluence)
• Strong organizational and communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or SAFe environments
• Experience supporting federal or government IT projects
• CAPM or entry-level project management certification (or coursework toward certification)
