What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Standardize data collection and knowledge management across remediation cases and supplier education programs
• Develop return on investment (ROI) frameworks to measure the impact of social responsibility investments
• Automate reporting for business-owned goals and monthly business reviews (MBRs)
• Create cost-benefit analysis frameworks for education initiatives and develop impact matrices for prevention programs
• Translate supplier and worker insights into actionable metrics for evidence-based decision-making

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable metrics
• Experience in developing ROI frameworks and impact measurement tools
• Proficiency in automating reporting and knowledge management processes
