Pinstripe Media is the most exciting media and marketing business working in Australia’s small business, finance, and tech sector. We are a passionate team who run a diverse and influential media network and we’re on the hunt for a motivated and detail-oriented digital native to play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management and maintenance of our websites and digital platforms.
The role
This is a junior-mid weight opportunity ideal for someone who’s digitally savvy, confident with web tools, and comfortable making updates across live websites. You’ll work alongside our editorial and marketing teams, as well as external developer and ad ops teams to ensure our sites run smoothly, look sharp, and support our wider business goals.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and updating content across all company websites, including basic page design and layout
- Confidently able to build new pages from scratch using a drag and drop editor
- Troubleshooting bugs or formatting issues raised by the team, and coordinate fixes with developers when needed
- Conducting mobile and cross-browser responsiveness checks and flag issues
- Supporting integration and campaign tasks using tools like Mailchimp and Google Ads Manager
- Helping to maintain consistency across pages and templates — ensuring updates are visually clean and brand-aligned
- Collaborating with content, ad ops, and design teams to ensure content and campaigns are delivered cleanly and on time
- Tracking key metrics via Google Analytics 4 and support simple reporting tasks
- Contributing to ongoing site QA and maintenance
- Identifying areas of optimisation and improvements in all digital and online platforms
The person
Reporting to our Director of Product and Creative, you’ll be able to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently across websites and digital platforms, as well as assisting in building out new site pages and sections.
Requirements include:
- Familiarity with WordPress and confidence navigating CMS content, layout and editing tools including, Beaver Builder and/or Elementor page building tools
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
- Knowledge of SEO principles
- Experience with GA4, Mailchimp, and Google Ads Manager
- Great attention to detail, solid communication skills, and an ability to work independently
- lInitiative in problem-solving and a proactive approach to flagging issues or suggesting improvements
- Experience with Photoshop or Canva for basic image editing is a nice-to-have
This is a 15-20 hour per week role on a fixed term contract, with flexibility for the right candidate. The successful candidate will be working remotely with our Sydney-based team so it’s important that they are in the same time zone and available during business hours.
