As our Solutions Consultant, you will be the technical heartbeat of our sales motion. You know the BUILT environment, you have lived inside legacy platforms, and you are done watching outdated tools slow down the industry. This is your opportunity to join us and show enterprise construction teams what is actually possible. The Plexa platform powers Construction Finance, Procurement, Budgeting, Safety, Document Control and everything in between.

What you'll own

• Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise construction and infrastructure clients, uncovering pain, mapping workflows and building the case for change
• Deliver compelling, custom product demos that speak directly to how Procore, Aconex, Autodesk or similar legacy platforms fall short
• Own the RFP, security questionnaires and technical due diligence
• Bridge the gap between sales and engineering by translating client requirements into actionable product feedback
• Design and present integration architectures leveraging Plexa's API layer and third-party ecosystem (ERP, project management, IoT)
• Build proof-of-concept environments and sandbox demos tailored to each enterprise opportunity
• Champion our AI-powered capabilities, helping clients understand how Plexa's intelligence layer transforms their operations, not just their data
• Travel to client sites across Australia, NZ and occasionally APAC to run workshops, QBRs and technical deep-dives

You must have

• AEC industry experience in one of the following - / Tier 1 contractor exposure (maybe you were a site engineer or junior PM / Legacy platform knowledge
• Pre-sales or solutions engineering background / Excellent presentation skills

Technical skills

• Knowledge of REST APIs / integration mapping / AI and ML fundamentals / Data modelling
• Confidence Demo'ing in person or via Video conference.

Even better if you have

• Worked at Procore, Aconex, Hammertech, PayApp or Autodesk
• Sold into Tier 1 contractors or government infrastructure
