We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer

We are building some of the most downloaded survey and rewards apps in the market. Our current visual identity is functional, but we’re ready to go further. We’re looking for someone who understands how to build real brands, not just make things look good.

This role is for someone who gets what users feel when they open an app. You’ll help us build a consistent, authentic look across multiple products and markets.

Your Role

• Design app store screenshots, icons, banners, and social media graphics for our apps
• Help create and evolve the visual identity of each brand
• Localize visuals for different languages and regions
• Create assets for the video and marketing teams to use in ads and promos
• Work closely with the marketing team to match visuals with weekly campaigns

What We Expect

• A strong portfolio of real-world design work, especially social media or app assets
• Proficiency with Photoshop and Figma.
• Good understanding of layout, colors, and typography
• Ability to work fast, independently, and meet deadlines
• Experience in branding or mobile apps is a strong plus
