What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of the industry and processes
• Investigate discrepancies as they arise to ensure accuracy
• Complete additional projects as assigned by the management
• Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to resolve issues and meet goals

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Typing speed of 50 to 60 words per minute
• Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Data entry experience is a plus
• Strong technical experience preferred
• Desire and ability to be a team player
