Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Developer to join our team. The role is commission-based, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and business development, with a strong drive to succeed and the ability to build lasting relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create customized proposals and presentations.
  • Track and report on sales activities, performance, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Continuously research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market demands.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in business development or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and understand their business needs.
  • UK candidates preferred, but applications from other locations are welcome.
