Pronovix, the Developer Portal Company, is seeking a Financial Specialist who combines solid financial expertise with practical automation solutions. If you love building Google Scripts that make financial processes run themselves and using AI tools to enhance your analysis, this role is for you.

What You'll DoFinancial Operations & Analysis:

• Budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring
• Monthly financial reporting and cash flow management
• Project profitability analysis and cost optimization
• Revenue recognition and financial close processes
• Preparing materials for bookkeeper

Automation & Process Innovation:

• Build Google Apps Script solutions to automate financial workflows
• Leverage AI tools (NotebookLM, Gemini, etc.) for enhanced data analysis and reporting
• Create self-sustaining financial systems with comprehensive documentation
• Continuously optimize processes for efficiency and accuracy

Team Collaboration:

• Provide transparent, proactive communication on financial status
• Work closely with operations, HR, and project teams
• Document and transfer knowledge to ensure team sustainability

What We're Looking ForEssential Skills:

• Technical aptitude and problem-solving mindset - comfortable with formulas, automation concepts, and learning new tools
• Proven ability to optimize processes through technology (examples: advanced Excel/Sheets functions, database queries, simple programming, or similar)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 1-3 years of financial analysis/controller experience
• Advanced Google Workspace skills (especially Sheets)
• Strong communication and documentation abilities

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with AI tools for data analysis
• Programming or scripting background in any language
