Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Commission Sales Associate. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Additional tasks involve understanding client needs, promoting Quick Solutions' services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires proactive communication and collaboration with clients and internal teams to drive sales growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and negotiation skills, including experience in meeting sales targets
  • Knowledge of digital solutions, business automation, and IT service offerings is preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities
  • Strong time-management and decision-making skills in a remote work environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and adapt to high-paced work settings
  • Relevant work experience in sales or business development, preferably in IT or a related industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
