$65,000 base (pro-rata) + commission + performance bonuses (OTE $75k–$85k pro-rata)

About the Role
This is a part-time, entry-level sales role focused on supporting student enrolments into our Professional Internship Program.
You will work directly with students, primarily international, guiding them through the enrolment journey with a consultative and supportive approach. This role is not just about sales. It is about helping students make informed decisions that align with their long-term career goals.
This role may also suit current students, with flexible working hours available to accommodate study commitments.
What You Will Be Doing
Engage with prospective students and drive enrolments into our internship programs.
Conduct outbound calls to warm leads, being students who have already expressed interest.
Guide students through the application and enrolment process.
Follow up on marketing-generated enquiries and convert them into enrolments.
Maintain accurate records in our CRM.
Collaborate with the Placements Team to align student goals with internship opportunities.
Support enrolment campaigns and contribute to overall sales performance.
Meet and exceed enrolment targets.
What We Are Looking For
No prior sales experience is required as full training will be provided. We are looking for the right attitude and drive.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and organised, self-motivated and proactive, and a strong communicator who enjoys helping people. You should be comfortable speaking with students over the phone daily and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will also be a team player who collaborates and supports others.
Experience in customer service, student services, or working with international students will be an advantage. Exposure to CRM systems or sales tools is beneficial but not essential.
