This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about marketing, communications, and storytelling, and who wants to gain hands-on experience in campaign support, brand visibility, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

·        Assist in planning and delivering marketing and communications campaigns across digital, print, and social media.

·        Support the creation of compelling content such as newsletters, press releases, and social posts.

·        Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure clear, consistent brand messaging.

·        Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.

·        Conduct research on markets, audiences, and competitors to support communication strategies.

·        Help organize promotional events and community engagement initiatives.

About You

·        Degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German.

·        Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

·        Creative, proactive, and detail-focused.

·        Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

·        Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace (experience with design or social media tools is a plus).
