We are assisting our client in hiring a Social Media Assistant to support the management of social media platforms, create engaging content, and help strengthen the brand’s online presence. This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone creative, detail-oriented, and eager to develop their skills in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling and publishing posts across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and maintain positive community interactions.
• Support content creation, including captions, visuals, and short-form content.
• Track performance metrics, prepare basic reports, and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to support campaigns.

Qualifications

• Must be based in UK with legal authorization to work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Romanian language is a plus).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content tools (e.g., Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite).
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Previous experience in social media support or digital marketing is an advantage.
