Psychologist (Contractor) - Regenerative Psychology

🧠 Rural Mental Health, Trauma-Informed Practice | Flexible Telehealth Role

Are you a skilled psychologist with a heart for rural communities and a trauma-informed lens?

Regenerative Psychology is seeking a contractor psychologist to join our growing telehealth team, supporting clients aged 16+ across regional, rural, and remote Australia.

This role requires a commitment of at least 2 days per week and offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload including trauma, chronic stress, workplace wellbeing, and neurodivergence, all without the pressure of volume-based KPIs.

🔍 What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a psychologist who meets the following criteria:

• ABN: Required for contracting
• Full AHPRA Registration: Current and unrestricted
• Medicare Provider Number: Or eligible to obtain one
• Trauma-Informed Experience: Skilled in working with complex trauma, chronic stress, or nervous system presentations
• Rural Insight: Lived or professional experience supporting people in rural, remote, or farming communities
• Tech-Ready: High-quality video/audio setup for Telehealth delivery
• Availability: Minimum 2 days/week with consistency to support client outcomes
• Autonomous and Reflective: Able to work independently while upholding high standards of care

✨ Desirable (But Not Essential)

• EMDR trained
• Interest in eating disorders
• Experience supporting clients under Workers Compensation (NSW, VIC, QLD, Comcare), EAP, or Medicare
• Familiarity with adult ADHD or autism presentations
• Interest in group programs, assessment, or digital health innovation
