2. About the Opportunity:
The Virtual Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting the property management team’s administrative functions. This position ensures efficient operational processes that enable property managers to deliver high-quality service. It is a fully remote contract role that requires strong organizational skills and proactive support to maintain team productivity and communication.
3. Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize team schedules, appointments, and calendars
• Handle incoming email correspondence and phone inquiries professionally and promptly
• Prepare, format, and edit documents, reports, and presentations
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain databases including tenant and property records
• Assist with coordinating maintenance requests and communication between residents and contractors
• Organize digital files and ensure documentation is current and accessible
• Provide general administrative support to contribute to team success
4. Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with effective task prioritization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proactive and resourceful problem-solving approach
• Experience in property management or real estate is advantageous but not required
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Contract rate of $800 - $1,000 USD per month
