Twitter/LinkedIn Ghostwriter for AI Startup CEO (Remote)

Roster manages the hiring process for the top global creators and brands. Demand.io, a growing AI company, is on the hunt for a talented Content Creator / Social Ghostwriter to craft high-impact content for their CEO's personal brand across X/Twitter and LinkedIn. We're helping them fill this position.

If you live and breathe social content, have a knack for writing in someone else's voice, and are excited to shape the online presence of an AI industry leader — this is the right role for you.

Requirements:

• You have a strong portfolio demonstrating your X/Twitter and/or LinkedIn writing (your feed is your resume)
• You can write in a distinct, authentic voice — capturing tone, personality, and perspective that doesn't sound AI-generated
• You understand what resonates with AI and tech audiences — trends, hooks, and the conversations that drive engagement
• You're available for approximately 20 hours/week and can start immediately
• You're remote-friendly, self-directed, and can turn strategy conversations into ready-to-post content
• Copywriting and SEO skills are a strong plus
• Note: Applications without the requested materials (X/LinkedIn feed + 3 sample posts + your rate) will not be considered

Responsibilities:

• Write 5–7 X/Twitter posts per week in the CEO's authentic voice
• Write 2–3 LinkedIn posts per week, adapted in tone for that platform's audience
• Identify timely topics, angles, and narratives that connect with AI/tech communities
• Translate high-level strategy discussions into scroll-stopping, shareable content
• Maintain consistent voice and brand identity across platforms over time
