About the Role

We’re looking for an Account Executive to join Satlas, a B2B demand generation agency focused on helping service-based businesses generate consistent sales conversations. This is a performance-driven role suited to someone who is confident running sales calls, understands marketing at a commercial level, and wants to earn based on results rather than a fixed salary.

About Satlas

Satlas works with established service-based businesses across Australia, particularly in industries like finance, mortgage broking, and professional services. Our model combines cold outbound (Apollo), Meta Ads (prospecting and retargeting), EDM/email marketing, and SEO to build a consistent pipeline of qualified leads. We don’t sell one-off services, we sell a system that drives revenue, and your role will be to communicate that clearly and convert opportunities into clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be responsible for running discovery calls, understanding each prospect’s business and pipeline challenges, and guiding them through a structured sales process. This includes qualifying leads, identifying gaps in their current marketing, positioning Satlas as the solution, handling objections, and closing deals.

You will not be expected to deliver services or manage clients post-sale, your focus is purely on generating revenue through effective sales conversations.

In the early stages, you will work closely with the founder on calls as we refine messaging, positioning, and the overall sales process.

What We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for someone who already has experience in sales, business development, or account executive roles, particularly within marketing, digital services, or B2B environments.

You should have a strong understanding of how businesses generate leads, familiarity with channels like paid ads, outbound, SEO, and email marketing, and the ability to translate these into commercial outcomes for clients.

You don’t need to be a technical expert, but you do need to understand how these services drive revenue.

How We Work

We operate with a structured sales process, so this is not a freestyle sales role. You will be expected to follow a clear framework for calls, continuously improve based on feedback, and work in a system designed to generate consistent pipeline.

You should be comfortable being coached, open to feedback, and focused on execution rather than ego.

Compensation

This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential tied directly to performance. You will be paid a percentage of onboarding fees for each client you close.

As we are in the early stages of building pipeline, you will be working closely with the founder as campaigns are launched and optimised. This is an opportunity to get in early and grow with the business as deal flow increases.
