Semantic Minds is a digital agency specialising in AI-powered marketing, automation, and growth strategies. We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) whose primary goal will be to book qualified meetings with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for our in-house closers to handle.

You will not be responsible for closing deals — your focus will be finding, qualifying, and securing high-quality appointments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Appointment Setting (Mandatory)

  • Identify and qualify potential clients using B2B databases (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
  • Run targeted cold email outreach campaigns to generate interest.
  • Book meetings directly into our closers’ calendars with pre-qualified leads.
  • Maintain a clean and organised lead pipeline in our CRM.
  • Refine outreach messaging and targeting to increase booking rates.

Pipeline & Performance Management (Mandatory)

  • Consistently meet weekly/monthly meeting booking targets.
  • Track outreach results, response rates, and appointment conversions.
  • Collaborate with the team to adjust strategies for better outcomes.

Tech-Enabled Outreach (Desirable)

  • Experience with tools like N8n, Clay.com, or Perplexity AI is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI-based lead scoring or outreach automation tools is desirable.

Who We’re Looking For

✅ Appointment setting expert – Proven track record in booking meetings for B2B clients.

✅ Lead generation specialist – Skilled in identifying and qualifying ideal prospects.

✅ Cold outreach pro – Able to run and optimise cold email campaigns.

✅ CRM & pipeline management skills – Keep outreach efforts organised and measurable.

✅ Tech-savvy (desirable) – Comfortable working with modern sales and automation tools.

✅ Excellent communication skills – Fluent in English (spoken & written).

First 2 months commission-only

  • Top performers will be offered a permanent role with base salary + commission after probation.
