Sales Development Representative

We're SerenityGPT— a fast-growing AI startup that brings ChatGPT-like experience to the workspace by employing Natural Language Search and Agentic AI across corporate data. Our customers include global firms such as Perforce, InterSystems, and Testronic. About the role: The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a pivotal role in the sales process by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and initiating meaningful conversations with potential customers. Location: Remote from anywhere, must be able to overlap with European and US time zones. Package: This is a COMISSION-ONLY role, but there's a good chance it could turn into a salaried position within 6 to 12 months with a future acuity opportunity. Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English is a must-have; native level preferred. What You'll Do

• Outreach: Engage with prospects through cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach to introduce our products/services and nurture relationships.
• Qualification: Conduct thorough qualification of leads to determine their fit for our solutions, ensuring alignment with our ideal customer profile
• Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives to further pursue

• You have basic knowledge of outreach platforms and are familiar with the lead generation process
