About SetoPay SL SetoPay SL is a dynamic and fast-growing Payment Service Provider (PSP) headquartered in Marbella, Spain, specializing in digital transactions, financial technology solutions, and compliance support for international businesses.

Position Overview: We are looking for a structured, detail-oriented, and highly reliable Administrative Assistant to join our remote operations team on a part-time basis.The role involves fulfilling banking application forms, compliance questionnaires, and client onboarding documentation, as well as maintaining clear communication with compliance teams and banking partners throughout the process.Because most of our coordination takes place with partners in European time zones, we are seeking candidates based in Europe for smooth collaboration and secure system access.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage bank account application forms, due diligence questionnaires, and supporting documents.
  • Gather, review, and organize corporate and personal KYC/KYB documentation (IDs, incorporation records, ownership charts, etc.).
  • Communicate efficiently and professionally with internal compliance teams and external partners to clarify and finalize documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle all sensitive information with care and discretion.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with institutional requirements.
  • Track submissions, document versions, and follow-ups in an organized manner.

Requirements

  • Proven experience handling confidential and sensitive financial or compliance documentation.
  • Strong understanding of KYC/KYB, onboarding, or banking application processes.
  • Excellent written and spoken English — fluency is strictly required for communication with international compliance teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and document management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and PDF editing tools.
  • Strong organizational discipline and the ability to work independently.
  • Must be based in Europe for time zone alignment and secure access to institutional systems.
