Role Description

This is a temporary remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will execute strategies to identify and acquire new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities will include market research, lead generation, sales presentations, client negotiations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, or Sales.
  • Strong skills in Market Research, Lead Generation, and Strategic Planning.
  • Negotiation, Presentation, and Communication skills.
  • Ability to develop partnerships and drive revenue growth.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and business development tools.
  • Prior experience in a SaaS, tech, or operations-focused role is beneficial.
  • Possesses valuable industry insight into the SaaS and technology sectors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Your role will include:

  • Identifying and reaching out to potential clients.
  • Generating and qualifying new sales leads.
  • Scheduling product demos for the sales team.
  • Building relationships with decision-makers across different industries.

What we’re looking for:

✔ Experience in sales, business development, or SaaS outreach.

✔ Strong communication and networking skills.

✔ Experience with CRM tools and LinkedIn outreach is a plus.

✔ Motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
