Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Associate at Smash My Trash Louisville. The Sales Associate will focus on identifying and engaging potential clients, building strong customer relationships, and tailoring solutions to meet the needs of businesses. Daily responsibilities include conducting outreach, delivering presentations, generating leads, managing client accounts, and achieving sales targets. Collaboration with the broader team to refine sales strategies and reporting progress is also expected.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
- Proficient in communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide customized solutions.
- Strong time management, organization, and self-motivation for remote work.
- Previous experience with CRM software and tools is highly desirable.
- Passion for sustainability and interest in eco-friendly initiatives are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
