The Role
We’re hiring an Influencer & Partnerships Manager to own and scale one of our most important growth channels.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Building and managing our influencer network
• Running product seeding at scale
• Creating and executing brand collaborations
• Turning relationships into real reach and revenue

What You’ll Do
- Identify and onboard creators that align with the brand
- Develop a network across micro, mid, and key partners
- Manage outreach, communication, and ongoing relationships
- Execute weekly product gifting to targeted creators
- Ensure consistent content creation and reposting
- Source and execute meaningful partnerships (brands, creators, businesses)
Bring collaboration ideas from concept → execution → launch
- Ensure influencer content fuels ads, email, and organic
- Turn creators into long-term partners
