About The Role The Digital Production Coordinator plays a vital leadership role within the Digital Production Team, supporting the Member Service Bureau (MSB) cooperative's digital fundraising operations. Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Technology Manager, this position is responsible for managing support ticket workflows, executing marketing automations, overseeing campaign deployment, and ensuring the seamless operation of digital marketing deliverables across multiple channels. The role involves collaborating with various teams to optimize the donation ecosystem, improve operational efficiencies, and enhance the technological capabilities supporting public media fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills to facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration. They will contribute to the ongoing development of digital marketing strategies, support the adoption of new technologies, and ensure compliance with industry best practices. This position offers an opportunity to impact the success of public media organizations while working in a dynamic and mission-driven environment. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Experience in customer support or success roles, preferably within a ticketing system
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce, and integration with marketing automation platforms (preferred)
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS, with an interest in developing technical skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset with high emotional intelligence and adaptability
  • Experience working on cross-functional marketing or digital project teams (preferred)
  • Non-profit or fundraising experience is a plus but not mandatory

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support client tickets and support requests efficiently
  • Assist in maintaining and improving the donation form ecosystem, including webpage updates and technical issue resolution
  • Create, test, and optimize email HTML templates, landing pages, lead generation forms, and surveys
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and develop solutions to streamline processes
  • Support the adoption and training of new marketing technologies within the team
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication, providing campaign updates and performance insights
  • Support email list management, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with industry standards
  • Design and implement reporting frameworks to monitor campaign effectiveness
