Sales Representative (Remote – Full Time - Malaysia/China)

Sydney Windows & Doors (SWD) is a Sydney, Australia-based leader in premium aluminium windows and doors. We deliver luxury solutions to high-value residential projects – duplexes, townhouses, apartments, and luxury homes.

We’re looking for driven Sales Representatives in Malaysia and China to expand our reach, connect with builders, architects, and developers, and bring our products to more international markets.

Requirements:

- Based in Malaysia or China

- Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin)

- Prior experience in sales, business development, or construction/building materials is highly valued

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Ability to work independently while coordinating with our Sydney head office

- Proactive, target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage potential clients (builders, developers, architects, distributors) based in Sydney

- Build strong relationships and represent SWD’s premium product line professionally

- Present, negotiate, and close sales contracts

- Collaborate with Sydney HQ to align client needs with production and delivery schedules

- Provide feedback on local market trends and client requirements

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
