About the Role

Tech Spectrum AI Solutions is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support our sales operations in a fully remote role. This position is open only to candidates based in Germany and is ideal for individuals who enjoy supporting sales teams, managing client interactions, and contributing to business growth in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks.
• Assist in managing customer inquiries, follow-ups, and sales communications.
• Prepare sales documents, proposals, and basic reports.
• Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
• Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with prospects and clients.
• Support lead tracking and pipeline management activities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; CRM familiarity is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
