Part-Time Creative Designer & Email marketing Specialist

Role Overview

We’re looking for a part-time Creative Designer who can execute across email/SMS marketing, landing pages, and performance-driven creative. This is a hands-on role for someone who can both design and think - combining strong visual skills with an understanding of what converts.

Key ResponsibilitiesEmail & SMS Marketing

• Design and build campaigns and flows (Klaviyo experience preferred)
• Support segmentation and optimisation of campaigns
• Collaborate on campaign strategy and execution

Landing Page Design & Build

• Design and build high-converting landing pages
• Work with existing frameworks/tools (e.g. Shopify, Webflow, or similar)
• Continuously test and optimise for performance

Creative Production

• Design ad creative across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms
• Produce assets aligned with brand guidelines and performance goals
• Collaborate with the team on concepts and iterations

Requirements

• Strong design skills (Figma, Adobe Suite, canva)
• Experience with email design (Klaviyo or similar)
• Experience building landing pages
• Understanding of performance marketing and conversion principles
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience working in an agency environment
• Basic copywriting skills
• Familiarity with eCommerce brands
