Role Description
This is a flexible and remote role. We are looking for a proactive, highly organised Personal Assistant to support the CEO with day to day diary and scheduling management. There are oppotunities for the role to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling and daily diary management
- Working directly with clients to arrange individual and team sessions
- Providing support to the CEO, including diary management and general administrative tasks
- Client-facing communication via email and MS Teams/Zoom
- Supporting the growth of the role by taking on additional administrative tasks over time
Qualifications
- Prior experience working as a PA or EA
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Strong working knowledge of Outlook
- Comfortable using communication platforms such as Teams and Zoom
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Naturally organised and enjoys planning ahead
