Break Into Medical Device Sales!-Business Development Representative-Work From Home

The President's Club is an Award Winning Medical Device Sales Consulting firm. We are looking to hire an Entry Level Sales Business Development Representative that will be responsible for making cold calls and setting targeted meetings within net new accounts on behalf of one of our client companies within the Med-Device industry. This role gets you into the industry, and trains you on one of the most important parts of the sales process, initiating new business. Busines Development Representatives also can access our Medical Sales Pathway program, which is a 12 month program that is designed to fully train reps on the industry as well as how to effectively navigate the hospital sales process effectively. The program would require the commitment of a few hours per week, outside of client working hours to go through the modules and exams. If achieving sales targets and upon completion of the Medical Sales Pathway training program, we provide job placement support to place our Business Development Rep into a full selling Account Executive role with on of our Medical Device industry client partners. This program is optional as a B.D.R. and is completed in addition to a full time B.D.R. selling role on non working hours. It is provided at a heavily discounted rate for our B.D.R. Must have the desire to excel in this industry and the willingness to learn how to effectively cold call C-Suite level contacts and set initial appointments as well as learn through close coaching and detailed sales processes. Must be able to operate in a fast paced, high energy selling environment and deliver results. Looking for individuals who have a passion for medical sales and are looking to grow and become a territory manager with one of our client/partner companies. Must be passionate about developing into a top tier sales professional, have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and be coachable. Prior sales experience preferred, but not required, bachelor's degree required.
