As part of our team, you’ll enjoy 5 weeks paid annual leave, and work full time across 36 hours but be paid for 38 (yep, really!)
Who You Need to Be
You’re a natural organiser and experience creator. You’re not just checking boxes, running to-do lists and runsheets— you see the bigger picture and know how to bring it all together in a way that feels seamless for everyone involved.
You’ve got a superior level of Zoom expertise — you can troubleshoot on the fly, run multi-speaker events, and keep energy high on screen.
You know that great events aren’t just about bells and whistles — they’re about connection, detail, precision, and flow. And you love the challenge of pulling all that together.
Must-Haves for This Role
- Proven experience coordinating both in-person and virtual events
- Advanced Zoom proficiency, with the ability to manage high-quality webinars and virtual retreats
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Confidence managing budgets, schedules, run sheets, and post-event reporting
- Obsessed with detail and always looking for the next innovation to make events even better
- Comfortable working autonomously and as part of an A-Grade team, while juggling multiple event timelines
- Passionate about creating exceptional experiences, not just delivering logistics
- Available for occasional travel throughout the year for client and team events
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Go High Level or similar CRM/event platforms
- Experience working in coaching, transformation, or client-centric businesses
