With skilled bartenders, tailored drink menus, and flexible packages, we take care of everything so hosts can enjoy their event. Our aim is simple: to create memorable experiences and deliver quality in every glass.

Role Description – Sales Executive (Part-Time, Remote)

This is a part-time, remote Sales Executive role (16 hours per week). Working hours are typically 10:00am–2:00pm, making it ideal for someone who needs flexibility around school drop-offs and pick-ups or other commitments.

The role involves identifying and following up on sales opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting TMB Bar services to event organisers and private clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming enquiries and follow up on leads
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Prepare and send quotations and proposals
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
  • Maintain and update the client database/CRM system
  • Negotiate bookings and pricing where appropriate
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth event delivery

This is a flexible and dynamic role suited to someone who is organised, proactive, and confident working independently.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident in building relationships and handling client enquiries
  • Ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into bookings
  • Good organisation and time management skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems or Microsoft Office is desirable
  • Experience in events, hospitality, or networking is a strong advantage
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
  • Experience driving a van is an advantage
