Travel Agent- Remote

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Agent to join our expanding travel team. This role involves supporting clients with the planning and booking of holidays, flights, accommodation, cruises, and travel experiences, while delivering a high standard of service throughout the booking process.

You will work with established travel suppliers and booking systems to create well-organised, personalised travel arrangements that meet individual client needs. Full training and ongoing support are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with researching and booking travel arrangements
• Provide clear, accurate advice on destinations, accommodation, and travel options
• Manage bookings, confirmations, and travel documentation
• Respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain accurate records using booking and customer management systems
• Keep up to date with travel products, destinations, and supplier information

About You

• Strong interest in travel and customer service
• Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Confident written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using online systems and digital tools
• Able to manage tasks independently and follow established processes
• Experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is helpful but not essential
