Role Description

We are hiring all roles in our team from Consultant, Senior Consultant, Team Leads and Manager roles - each of week comes with a client delivery expectation. Our Consultants at all levels collaborate with clients to identify challenges and opportunities, develop tailored solutions, and deliver value through actionable strategies. Responsibilities could include a range of activities from conducting in-depth analysis, leading or supporting projects, creating financial models, organising operational plans, and contributing to change management initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field is preferred
  • Real world expertise in one of our three service pillars, mining or resources sector, engineering, technical or finance roles or management consulting
  • Experience in Project Management, Operational Planning, and Change Management
  • Strong Communication, Client Relationship Development, and Collaboration Skills
  • Strategic Problem-Solving Abilities and Analytical Thinking
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite of applications
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a remote environment
  • Comfort working in ambiguity, fast-paced environments
  • Innately aligned to our values of Courage, Authenticity, Integrity and Performance
  • Intellectual curiosity and commercial astuteness
