Junior Remote Graphic Designer

This role involves developing the visual identity and brand direction for two specialty tea brands, each with distinct positioning and audiences. The first brand targets a younger, health-conscious demographic with bold, accessible branding designed to stand out in both online and retail environments. The second brand is a premium sparkling tea aimed at upscale consumers, requiring a refined and understated visual approach. You will be responsible for translating comprehensive brand briefs into compelling brand identities, packaging concepts, and cohesive visual systems that clearly differentiate the two brands. The project is fully remote and must be completed within one month, with the possibility of future work based on performance. Deliverables

• Develop complete brand identities for both tea brands, ensuring clear differentiation in visual style and tone.
• Create packaging concepts that align with each brand’s positioning and target audience.
• Design visual systems, including logo, color palette, typography, and supporting graphics for each brand.
• Apply provided brand guidelines, including voice, positioning, and channel context, to all creative outputs.
• Deliver final assets in formats suitable for both digital and print applications.
• Collaborate remotely and adhere to project timelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating branding and packaging work.
• Expertise in developing visual identities for consumer products, preferably in food and beverage or lifestyle sectors.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
• Ability to interpret and execute detailed brand briefs, maintaining consistency across all deliverables.
• Strong understanding of visual differentiation and market positioning.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Availability to deliver the project within a one-month timeframe.
