Social Media & Content Lead

Join a dynamic role shaping the digital presence of a premium women's fashion accessories brand known for its modern, feminine, and thoughtfully designed products. This position offers creative ownership and the opportunity to define the brand’s visual language across key social platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that inspire desire and engagement, ensuring the brand’s chic and elegant personality is consistently reflected. The role involves managing Instagram and TikTok channels, overseeing content direction, and implementing influencer marketing initiatives to drive brand growth and awareness. Deliverables

• Develop and execute a cohesive content strategy for Instagram and TikTok, including regular posting schedules (3 Instagram posts and 5 stories per week; 3 TikTok videos per week)
• Oversee content direction and visual storytelling to align with the brand’s identity
• Manage bi-weekly newsletters to engage and inform the brand’s audience
• Create and implement an influencer marketing strategy to expand reach and drive engagement
• Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to maintain relevance and appeal
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media for fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brands
• Strong creative instincts and a refined understanding of visual storytelling
• Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and social media scheduling tools
• Deep knowledge of Instagram and TikTok best practices, trends, and analytics
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to embody and express a chic, feminine brand personality through content
• Strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing and audience engagement
• Availability for a part-time, contract-based role with potential for long-term collaboration
