Junior Admin Assistant – Part-Time RemoteLocation: UK Wide (Remote / Home Based)

Salary: £10 – £13 per hour (£19,500 – £25,350 per annum equivalent, based on a 37.5-hour week)

Job Type: Part-Time

Reporting To: Senior Administrator (Client Side)

About the Opportunity

Vita CV is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, an established UK business seeking a Junior Admin Assistant to join their team on a part-time, fully remote basis. This is a great opportunity for candidates at the early stage of their administrative career who are keen to develop within a structured, supportive environment.

About the Role

The Junior Admin Assistant will provide day-to-day support across general office administration, including data entry, document filing, basic correspondence, and assistance to senior administrators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out accurate data entry and document filing
  • Support senior administrators with day-to-day office tasks
  • Manage basic email correspondence and signpost enquiries
  • Maintain organised digital and paper-based records
  • Help prepare documents, letters, and routine reports
  • Support general team coordination via remote collaboration tools
  • Follow agreed administrative processes consistently

What We're Looking For

  • Some prior office or administrative exposure (placements, internships, or work experience considered)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic office systems
  • Reliable and punctual, with a professional approach
  • Self-motivated and reliable when working independently from home
  • A stable home internet connection and a quiet workspace

Desirable (Nice to Have)

  • Studying towards or completed a business administration qualification
  • Previous part-time admin or customer-facing experience
