Junior Creative & Content Lead (Part-time / Remote, EU)

VitaPop is a fast-growing functional soda brand already on shelves across 10+ European markets. We’re building a brand that feels more like culture than FMCG - and we’re looking for a young, taste-driven creative to grow with us.

You’ll work directly with the founders and help shape how VitaPop looks, sounds, and moves in the world. This is a hands-on creative role — not a “schedule posts” job. You won’t be briefing other people. You are the creator. You’ll think, design, script, and help bring ideas to life across visuals and video.

You might be perfect if you:

• Live on TikTok & Instagram and feel what works
• Love brands, visuals, storytelling, and pop culture
• Have great taste, even if you don’t have years of experience
• Are hungry to learn and take ownership
• Are comfortable working in Adobe Photoshop (and similar creative tools)
• Enjoy both visual design and short-form video / filmmaking

What you’ll do:

• Turn raw ideas into content themes and mini-campaigns
• Write hooks, captions, and short-form video concepts
• Create simple scripts and shot lists for Reels/TikToks
• Design and edit visual assets (posts, stories, simple layouts)
• Help shape how VitaPop looks across social
• Bring structure to creative chaos
