👀 Smart Lead Hunters Wanted

We’re looking for sharp, independent lead generation specialists who don’t wait for leads, they create them.

This role isn’t for spreadsheet fillers or “just scraping data” folks. If you love figuring things out, spotting patterns, and connecting the dots, you’ll probably enjoy what we’re building here.

(Curious? There are clues hidden in things we’ve already shared publicly, spotting them will show you’re paying attention.)

What You’ll Do

  • Build and qualify targeted lists based on specific industries and personas
  • Create outreach frameworks and help refine messaging
  • Identify collaboration or sponsorship opportunities that fit our creative ecosystem
  • Work closely with the internal team to pass along warm, verified leads

💡 What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in lead generation, outreach, or B2B prospecting
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter, Clay, Instantly, or similar tools
  • Instincts for finding the right fit prospects, not just volume
  • Fluent written English and clear communication skills
  • Creative problem-solving, you’ll need it 😉

🕵️‍♂️ The Test (read carefully!)

If you’ve really done this before, you’ll notice the hidden clues. In your application, answer the questions wherever makes the most sense, naturally integrated, not forced:

  1. Who are we and what do we do exactly?
  2. Who are the three people in the team so far?
  3. By 2030, which line will fade? (Hint: it’s from something we’ve publicly shared.)

Additionally, include one example lead or contact you’d consider reaching out to (don’t actually contact them) and a short note explaining why you chose them.

If you can’t figure it out, it’s okay, but this role might not be the right fit.
