Our client is expanding their team and seeking driven Sales Representatives and experienced Sales Managers / DRLPs who are ready to lead, sell, and earn big.

What You’ll Do:

• Connect with business owners & HR managers (B2B)
• Conduct needs analysis, collect census data & present tailored quotes (quoting handled by our team!)
• Manage your pipeline with our CRM + auto dialer — no manual dialing
• Close new group accounts & build lifelong residual income
• Step into Sales Manager / DRLP roles and lead territories or teams as you grow

Compensation & Career Growth:

• 30% commission on new business + lifetime vested renewals (no resets)
• Bonuses up to $10,000/month based on performance

Earning Potential (OTE):

• Ramp (3–6 months): $6K–$10K/month
• Year 1: $70K–$120K
• Year 2–3: $200K–$300K (including renewals & residuals)
