📈 We’re on the lookout for an entry-level Ecommerce Assitant to join our team. The role will primarily involve helping us deliver a great experience to our customers, along with assisting with the editing and organisation of our video content.

This hybrid role puts you at the heart of a growing e-commerce brand — giving you practical experience across customer service and video content to kick-start your career in ecommerce and digital marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Service:

• Handling order and delivery related enquiries
• Answering product related questions & providing tailored advice
• Responding to social media messages, emails and comments
• Making amendments to customer orders
• Proactively solving customer issues
• Cooperating with our logistics center
• Putting forward ideas to improve customer satisfaction

Content Editing & Management:

• Organising our content library
• Video editing to produce ad creatives
• Finding new opportunities
• Assisting across our different channels

REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic experience in a customer facing role
• Strong written communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to collaborate well within a team
• Friendly, empathetic and understanding
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Self-driven and capable of learning autonomously
• Results-oriented with great attention to detail
• Some experience in creative fields
• Basic experience with video editing
• Keen interest in the social media world
• Some experience with design/graphics
• Passion for beauty and wellness is a big plus
