About The Role We are seeking a dedicated Data Entry Coordinator for a 6-month full-time contract position to support our clinical operations by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. The successful candidate will work closely with our Care Coordinator Team to update electronic health records (EHRs) based on input from various sources, ensuring data integrity and precision. This role is critical in enabling our clinicians to deliver high-quality, personalized care, and requires someone with a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage high-volume data entry tasks efficiently. The Data Entry Coordinator will utilize multiple systems including Google Sheets, EHR platforms, and data collection tools like Typeform, reporting on data metrics as needed. - Proven experience in data entry, record keeping, or similar roles
- Strong proficiency with email, spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel), and EHR systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively
- Willingness to learn new software and adapt to different systems
- Exceptional communication skills
- Passion for healthcare, maternal, and neonatal care
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management or healthcare are a plus
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Care Coordinator Team to update and maintain accurate electronic health records based on input from multiple sources
- Proactively manage workload to minimize outstanding data entry tasks
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in data entry across high-volume workloads
- Report on data entry metrics and provide insights as requested by management
- Utilize various systems including Google Sheets, EHR platforms, and data collection tools to input and verify data
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in data entries promptly
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive patient information at all times
- Continuously improve data management processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
