Role Description

This is a contract, remote role for a Secretary. The Secretary will be responsible for various administrative duties, including managing clerical tasks, providing executive administrative support, and performing company secretarial work. The role involves communication with internal and external stakeholders and delivering excellent customer service to ensure smooth business operations. Daily responsibilities may also include scheduling meetings, organizing correspondence, maintaining records, and assisting with documentation.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including document organization and management
  • Strong Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with various stakeholders
  • Experience in Company Secretarial Work and corporate record-keeping
  • Demonstrated ability in Executive Administrative Assistance and scheduling
  • Excellent Customer Service skills and a solution-oriented approach
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
  • Prior experience in a business consulting or global organization is a plus
