Bodhi Global Analysis is hiring a Junior Researcher (French/English) for a remote, full-time position. This is a fantastic opportunity for early-career professionals to gain experience in international development research, monitoring and evaluation, and consulting.

The role is remote, with the option to work from London, UK, or Nairobi, Kenya, and includes up to 30% international fieldwork. The initial contract is for one year, with possible renewal based on performance. Salary ranges from £34,000 to £38,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct literature and desk reviews
  • Design research methodologies and develop tools
  • Coordinate fieldwork and collect data
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis
  • Prepare technical reports and contribute to proposals
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Salary, Contract, and Location

  • Salary: £34,000–£38,000 per year
