Employers Need to Reach, Engage, and Convert
Most months, two or three leaders from College Recruiter share via a short webcast some of what they're currently hearing from their customers, including struggles they may be having in their efforts to recruit and retain candidates who are early in their careers.
This month, Jeanette Leeds, Glen Handrahan, and Steven Rothberg sat down to talk about how employers can best market their part-time, seasonal, internship, entry-level, and other early career employment opportunities. Sometimes, employers get too focused on converting applicants into hires, and forget the importance of reaching and engaging with their ideal target audience. By better targeting those candidates, quality increases and the problem of "too many applications" is greatly reduced.
