Key industries such as Global Capability Centers (GCCs), IT Products & Services, and Non-Tech sectors are at the forefront of this transformation.

According to the analysis:
- GCCs are projected to offer Rs 9.37 LPA for entry-level roles.
- IT Products & Services will provide around Rs 6.23 LPA.
- Non-Tech sectors are expected to pay Rs 6 LPA by the end of FY 2024-25.
Cybersecurity and Network Administration roles in GCCs will see the highest salaries, reaching Rs 9.57 LPA, which is a 40.12% premium over the IT sector’s average of Rs 6.83 LPA. Non-Tech sectors will lag behind at Rs 5.17 LPA.
Sector-Specific Projections
- Data Management and Analytics: Salaries projected at Rs 8.73 LPA in GCCs, Rs 7.07 LPA in IT, and Rs 6.37 LPA in Non-Tech.
- Cloud Solutions and Enterprise Applications: Entry-level salaries are estimated to be Rs 7.67 LPA in GCCs and Rs 6.07 LPA in IT.
Emerging Roles and Opportunities
For FY 2024-25, GCCs are focusing on hiring for roles such as Penetration Tester, Data Scientist, Full Stack Developer, and Software Developer, with salaries ranging from Rs 11.8 LPA to Rs 8.8 LPA. The IT sector seeks Big Data Developers and Cloud Security Engineers, offering salaries between Rs 9.7 LPA and Rs 6.9 LPA. Non-Tech sectors are looking for Data Engineers and Cybersecurity Analysts, with salaries ranging from Rs 9.4 LPA to Rs 6 LPA.
