Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated UK-based Sales Associate to develop and close business with UK clients. You’ll manage your own pipeline, build relationships, and drive revenue growth while benefiting from residual commissions for ongoing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the UK.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and understand client needs.
• Present Aetherbloom’s outsourcing solutions professionally.
• Negotiate and close deals; ensure smooth handover to operations.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven B2B sales experience in the UK (outsourcing, services, or digital solutions preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your pipeline
• Resilient, self-motivated, and results-oriented

Compensation:

• Base salary: £22,000 – £28,000/year
• Upfront commission: 10%–12% of deal value
• Residual commission: 5%–7% of monthly revenue after a 3-month contingency
• OTE: £35,000 – £50,000/year
• Uncapped commission to reward top performers
