What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Field incoming calls from members requiring emergency roadside assistance, including towing, locksmith, fuel, and minor mechanical issues
  • Ensure member safety by understanding their distress and documenting details accurately
  • Maintain a compassionate demeanor during high-intensity calls
  • Relay critical information to expedite the dispatching process
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation of Emergency Roadside Service

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Prior customer service experience; call center experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume call environment
  • Strong empathy and desire to assist those in distress
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish
  • Advanced computer and multi-tasking skills, including navigating multiple systems
  • Comprehensive understanding of maps, GPS systems, and traffic safety rules
